Why am I in such a bad mood? Stupid question? Is that just the way it is? If you never ask why, nothing will ever change in this world of suffering and wars. It’s in your hands and it’s worth it for your salvation and therefore for your quality of life.

This series is presented by Entprima Publishing and is based on the book ‘Dancing with the Angels’.The fact that you only see a photo of me and that I do not personally speak this contribution in the video also has to do with the ‘three spheres model’ from the book, because a central topic for your optimization is the avoidance of mental overload, which occurs much sooner than you think. Evolution can no longer keep up with the pace of development of our world, and so our organizing spirit not only has to weigh up tasks, but also overwrite many soul patterns that have become pure poison for our salvation in their previous form.but it is not only the modern world that overtaxes us, but the poison is also hidden where we have deliberately overlooked it because the need was not yet so great. That is precisely where I would like to track it down with you!
You wake up in the morning – and you’re already in a bad mood. What’s wrong with you? Well, there can be many reasons for this, but let’s take a look at various scenarios as examples. You could have had disturbing dreams, or an infection could be on the horizon. Both are simple reasons and yet the feeling of being in a bad mood has other parents, because both the disturbing dreams and the infection are symptoms that are due to disturbances in your individual unit, your entity. The dreams signal problems of your mind and the infection signal problems of your immune system, i.e. your body. It sounds dramatic, but you have failed here as an individual, because your organizing mind is in principle capable of finding solutions and your body is also in principle prepared for attacks by viruses and bacteria. The bad mood means simply and yet very comprehensively: “I could actually feel better.” But how does your mind come to this conclusion, which is initially only represented by the vague feeling? I see the feelings merely as biochemically generated signals that are based on evolutionary soul patterns that are at home in the universal soul and are reflected in various individual soul patterns. The good news about being in a bad mood is that your mind is awake, because the statement: “I could actually feel better” is a rather sophisticated assessment of your condition and is different from mental insignificance. The next desirable step for a mind in order would be to follow up the rough assessment and look for opportunities for improvement, and that is precisely the purpose of my optimization method. Of course, you won’t always find a feasible solution, because the body is powerless against an unknown virus like Covid. But you could go one step further and go for it, so to speak. This should at least drive away the bad mood and turn it into actions that help the body. Disturbing dreams have a completely different nature and have occupied famous psychologists such as Sigmund Freud for their entire lives. But even in this complex case, you can help yourself by understanding that your soul is like an extremely extensive pattern box, which also contains many toxic patterns that are firstly not easy to identify and secondly even more difficult to overwrite. This realization alone increases your chances of regaining more control over your life. Now we have started with two seemingly easy-to-identify reasons for a bad mood, but they have proven to be difficult chunks. However, the seemingly simple is never simple in our world and I would like to show this in my last example. Shortly after waking up, you don’t yet see the day in detail, but your mind has already drawn a blurred picture shaped by memories and expectations. Did you argue with someone yesterday or do you not feel up to the tasks ahead? It could be quite mundane tasks that are perhaps only associated with listlessness. Pleasure is an important nutrient for you and you should never make it a side issue. Especially if you are kept away from pleasurable activities, your mood can deteriorate considerably. You often hear people complaining: “I’m not getting anything done!”. Of course, this makes no sense logically, because it would mean that you do nothing all day and therefore have a lot of time to do something that is important to you. However, cleaning, washing, cooking, eating or personal hygiene make no sense to you at the moment, but all of these things are likely to fill your entire day. This really puts you in a bad mood, but where is the way out? This is where the ‘3-sphere model’ can be helpful. First of all, there is again the good news that your transcendent spirit has obviously already successfully processed your soul sphere and you are able to evaluate tasks to your liking. This means that you have already classified sentences such as: “It has to be done!” as toxic and banished them from your pattern case. Now your organizing mind can do its work. Cleaning and washing can be postponed to times when your search for meaning is taking a break. As a resident of a land of prosperity, you can also go a day without cooking and eating, which could even benefit your body. Now the day ahead looks completely different, doesn’t it?
